LicensePlate.ae is an online platform that enables users to create listings for vehicle license plates available for sale in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We act solely as a facilitator, connecting buyers and sellers of license plates. We do not own, sell, or offer any license plates ourselves.

All transactions, negotiations, and agreements are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We strongly advise users to:

  • Conduct all transactions in person.
  • Draft individual, legally binding contracts when buying or selling license plates.
  • Ensure the legitimacy and authenticity of any transaction they engage in through our platform.

3. No Liability

By using LicensePlate.ae, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or legitimacy of any listings or user information.
  • We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, scam, or any other issues arising from transactions made through our platform.
  • Any disputes or claims arising from transactions must be resolved directly between the involved parties without involving us.
  • We are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, interruptions, or other failures of the platform that may affect your use of our services.

4. Public Listings and Data

When you create a listing or share any information on LicensePlate.ae, you agree that:

  • This information will be publicly visible to all users of the platform and may be accessed by third parties.
  • You acknowledge and accept that your data will be made public and that LicensePlate.ae is not responsible for how your information is used by other users.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform in a lawful manner and not to post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings or information. We reserve the right to remove any listings or content that violate our Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of LicensePlate.ae after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
