Both parties verify identity (Emirates ID, or passport + Traffic File), sign the transfer, pay the fee, and the buyer receives the Plate Number Ownership Certificate. We prepare the deal right up to that final step.

Yes. Residency is not required to own a UAE plate — ownership is recorded against a Traffic File (UID), which a non-resident can open with a passport. You can reserve and negotiate entirely from abroad; only the final identity verification and transfer must be completed through the RTA, TAMM or MOI.
